Hotel Policy
Guaranty Policy:
Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Check In: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: 1:00 p.m.
Credit Cards Accepted:
American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 1 day prior to the arrival in order to avoid charges.
No Show Policy:
In case of no show, will be charge the first night of stay without right to reimbursement.
Extra person Policy:
In guestrooms with two double beds two extra people are accepted.
Kids Policy:
Children of 12 years and older are considered adults, and in case that the family is integrated by 2 adults and 3 children under 12 years old, they will be charged as one extra adult.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest shall be able to make at least one phone call to home or office.
